Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using the DrawBid.com platform (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies incorporated by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and DrawBid PNG Limited ("DrawBid," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered and operating in Papua New Guinea. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use DrawBid.com, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in prize draws and online gaming is lawful
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be excluded from gaming activities by any self-exclusion programme or regulatory order
• Not be an employee, director, or close relative of DrawBid PNG Limited or any campaign organiser

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify eligibility.

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your DrawBid.com account
• Not share your credentials with any third party
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session
• Notify us immediately at support@drawbid.com if you suspect unauthorised access

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, gain unfair advantages, or abuse promotional offers is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 KYC Verification

We may require identity verification before allowing withdrawals or participation in draws above certain thresholds. You must provide requested identity documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions.

4.1 Draw Mechanics

All prize draws on DrawBid.com are conducted using a cryptographically verifiable random number generation (RNG) system. Draw results are final and cannot be challenged except in cases of documented system error.

4.2 Entry Purchase

• Tickets are purchased using funds held in your DrawBid Wallet
• All purchases are final — tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase
• Ticket prices, draw dates, and prize details are displayed on each campaign page
• Maximum entry limits per user may apply as specified per campaign

4.3 Draw Execution

Draws are executed on the specified draw date. If a draw is postponed or cancelled by the campaign organiser, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of their ticket value to their DrawBid Wallet within 3 business days.

4.4 Prize Claims

• Cash prizes are credited to the winner's DrawBid Wallet within 48 hours of draw completion
• Physical prizes require the winner to provide delivery or collection details within 30 days
• Unclaimed prizes after 90 days may be forfeited and donated to a designated charity
• Winners may be required to complete additional KYC verification before receiving large prizes

5.1 Contributions

Contributions to fundraisers and SME innovation campaigns are voluntary. By contributing, you understand that these are not investments and do not entitle you to equity, ownership, or guaranteed returns. Contributions are non-refundable except where a campaign is cancelled before its funding goal is reached.

5.2 Campaign Organisers

Campaign organisers are responsible for the accuracy of information presented on their campaigns, proper use of raised funds, and delivery of any stated benefits or rewards to contributors. DrawBid.com facilitates the platform but does not guarantee the performance of any campaign organiser.

5.3 Fund Disbursement

Funds raised via fundraisers and SME campaigns are disbursed to the organiser's registered bank account upon successful campaign completion, subject to platform fees and compliance checks.

6.1 DrawBid Wallet

Each user has a DrawBid Wallet to manage platform funds. Wallet balances do not earn interest. Funds in your wallet are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with company operating funds.

6.2 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via bank transfer and supported payment methods
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed in your account settings
• Deposits must be made from accounts in your own name
• We reserve the right to reject or return deposits that cannot be verified

6.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to your registered bank account only
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals are subject to AML review and may be delayed for compliance checks
• Standard processing time is 1–5 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in your account settings

DrawBid.com charges the following fees, which are clearly displayed at point of transaction:

• Platform service fee: applied to winning payouts (percentage displayed per campaign)
• Withdrawal processing fee: a flat fee or percentage as displayed at time of withdrawal request
• Currency conversion fees: applicable where bank settlement involves currency conversion

All fees are displayed transparently before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 14 days' notice.

You agree not to use DrawBid.com for any of the following:

• Fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
• Manipulating draw outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or falsifying identity documents
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits
• Abuse of promotional offers, referral programmes, or bonuses
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting platform data without authorisation
• Any activity that violates Papua New Guinea law or applicable regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

DrawBid.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Spending limits: restrict how much you can spend on entries per period
• Cool-off periods: take a temporary break from gaming (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion: permanently exclude yourself from gaming activities
• Reality checks: receive periodic reminders of time spent and money wagered

All content on DrawBid.com, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, campaign materials, and design elements, is the intellectual property of DrawBid PNG Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Campaign organisers retain ownership of the content they submit but grant DrawBid.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote their campaigns on the platform.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DrawBid.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by PNG law, DrawBid.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Interruptions to Service caused by technical failures or third-party outages
• Actions or omissions of campaign organisers or third-party service providers
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to secure your credentials

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Step 1 — Contact Support

Submit your complaint to support@drawbid.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint

If unresolved, escalate to our Compliance Officer at compliance@drawbid.com for formal review within 20 business days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Court of Papua New Guinea, sitting in Port Moresby, for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, any remaining verified wallet balance (after deduction of outstanding fees and pending compliance checks) will be refunded to your registered bank account within 30 business days, provided KYC requirements are satisfied.
